Japanese qualified-invoice registration
T4120001259479 — 株式会社ＦＯＣＵＳ (FOCUS Co., Ltd.). Contact us with the order reference and billing organisation name about a Japanese qualified invoice. We verify the applicable transaction and required details separately from the Stripe payment receipt.
Products and total prices
Downloadable software for business use. English Margin Desk costs US$199 (founder price until 31 January 2027; normally US$499); English Rebate Check costs US$149. The separate Japanese offers are 24,800円 and 19,800円 respectively; these are market prices, not currency conversions. Check the selected product, language, currency and total before paying. These are the total amounts charged by FOCUS, including any applicable tax; no shipping or recurring charge is added. Your internet provider or card issuer may charge connectivity, currency-conversion or cross-border fees. The price confirmed at checkout applies; later price changes are not adjusted.
Payment and delivery
Use a payment method actually displayed by Stripe at checkout. Payment is collected once when ordering, with no automatic renewal. After our system verifies successful payment, the order-result page provides the purchased Full edition download. A pending or failed payment does not unlock the file. The download link is available for 30 days after payment. For later replacement or a missing download, contact us with the order reference. Download links are not emailed automatically. Save the ZIP and private order-page URL.
Licence and included files
One purchase allows one named organisation or sole-trader business to use the purchased product, language and delivered version for its internal business purposes without a recurring licence fee. Internal users and backup copies within that organisation are included. Resale, redistribution or sublicensing to third parties is not included. Delivery contains the app, user guide, blank templates and fictional samples. Future major versions, other products, hosting, bespoke development and integrations are not included.
Environment and free evaluation
Before buying, use the free trial to check a known calculation, CSV export and project save/reopen on a permitted company computer. The Windows app requires Windows 10/11 x64, .NET Framework 4.8 and Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime. It is currently unsigned. The ZIP also includes a browser edition for permitted desktop Edge or Chrome. Follow company software policies; do not disable protections. No server, ChatGPT subscription or API key is needed. The trial has no expiry.
Capacity and scope
Margin Desk Trial and Full both read up to 5,000 rows in each source and show every result; Trial exports (CSV, report and letters) include up to 25 products, Full exports have no limit. Rebate Check Trial: 3 agreements with up to 50,000 purchase and receipt rows; Full: 200 agreements and 50,000 rows in each source. Excel workbooks (.xlsx) and CSV files are read. Capacity limits are not enterprise-performance guarantees. Rebate support covers understood monetary flat, retroactive, incremental and growth rules, not contract interpretation, unit-based rules, tax calculation or automatic claim submission. Support
For 30 days after purchase, email technical support for supported features includes up to two questions and 60 minutes of work in total. There is no immediate-response or uptime SLA. Accounting decisions, contract interpretation, real-data clean-up, integrations and bespoke development are excluded. Use fictional examples when reporting a defect; do not send confidential financial files.
Cancellation and refunds (30-day money-back guarantee)
You may leave checkout before completing payment. Within 30 days of purchase we refund the full price for any reason (30-day money-back guarantee): email jamal@thefocus.jp from the address used for the order. After a refund the licence ends, so delete the software and any copies. After 30 days, report a material defect that prevents a described, supported feature from working in the supported environment; we will investigate a reproducible defect and provide a corrected version or refund. Contact us about non-delivery or duplicate charges as well. Refunds normally return through the original payment method; provider processing times vary. These terms do not limit mandatory legal rights.
Your data and decisions
The downloaded app processes selected files on your computer. You do not need to send your price lists, purchase records or agreements to FOCUS. JSON, CSV and reports are plain, unencrypted files. There is no autosave, synchronization or authenticated shared approval workflow. Windows Save retains the previous saved file as a .bak backup; it is not continuous recovery. You manage saving, backup and access. Outputs support review; they do not guarantee profit, receivables, underpayment, recovery or regulatory compliance. Check decisions against source records and your approved financial system.
Purchase privacy
The website uses a hosting provider and Stripe processes checkout. Business name, contact information, order/payment identifiers, product, amount, timestamps and support messages are used for order verification, delivery, support, fraud prevention and required records. Payment-card details are handled on Stripe’s checkout, not in the product app. Website access logs and language-preference cookies are separate from the downloaded app. The website counts trial opens and trial downloads by day, product, language, country, referring site and campaign label, without cookies and without storing IP addresses. We do not use order details in product calculations or subscribe buyers to promotional email merely because they purchased. Contact the email above for privacy enquiries.
