Japanese stationery and everyday goods, in wholesale quantities

For shops, online stores and distributors outside Japan who want to stock Japanese stationery, office supplies or household products.

Japanese pens, notebooks and organisers are popular with overseas retailers, but buying them wholesale from abroad is difficult: many brands sell through Japanese wholesalers, quote in Japanese and require a minimum order. FOCUS sources from Japanese wholesalers and suppliers, consolidates mixed orders and ships them to you.

Tell us the brands and product codes you want, and we will confirm availability, minimum quantities and the landed cost before you commit.

What to send us

  • Brand and product code (JAN/barcode if you have it) or product links
  • Quantity per item and how often you will reorder
  • Destination country and whether you sell in shops, online or both
  • Any labelling or language requirements in your market

What we can look for

  • Pens, markers, pencils and refills
  • Notebooks, planners and paper products
  • Office and school supplies
  • Art, craft and calligraphy supplies
  • Household, kitchen and personal-care goods
  • Gift and packaging items

This is the scope of enquiries we accept, not a stock list. Availability is confirmed for each request.

What we check

  • Whether the brand allows export sales through the supplier we use.
  • Minimum order quantities and case packs, so a mixed order stays economical.
  • Labelling, safety and ingredient rules in your market, especially for cosmetics, children's products and items with batteries.
  • Shipping method: courier for small first orders, consolidated freight for larger ones.

How a sourcing request works

  1. Send your requirement

Product, specification, quantity, destination and target date. A short message is fine to start.

  2. We confirm the fit

Within one to two business days we tell you whether we can pursue it, and what else we need.

  3. Supplier search and quotation

We contact suppliers in Japanese and return a quotation with product, Japanese costs and freight shown separately. Typically one to three weeks.

  4. Order, inspection and shipping

Payment and delivery terms are agreed in writing first. We then order, check the goods, prepare export documents and ship.

Frequently asked questions

Can you supply specific brands such as Pilot, Pentel, Zebra or Kokuyo?
These are among the brands buyers ask for most. Availability for export depends on the brand and the supplier, so we confirm each brand and product code before quoting.
Is there a minimum order?
It depends on the supplier and product. We aim to make first orders workable for small shops by consolidating several products into one shipment.
Do you sell to individuals?
No. This service is for businesses buying for resale or for their own operations.
